| Sponsored by the Westport Cooperative Mission and funded under the HUD 202, Section 8 rent subsidized retirement housing program, this project achieved its quality design and construction through the leadership of Director Roger Coleman, the persistence of Abend Singleton's design leaders and through the ardent support of HUD Regional Manager Tom Kilbride, who used all the available discretion in the program to make this a real milestone for HUD. |
